Yoshi Shishido

He owned Crescent Ramen in Sydney Australia and accumulated experiences at some famous Ramen shops in Tokyo, Hayashida, Takahashi and etc.

Amo

Also an English teacher, she began teaching traditional Bon dance at a young age by standing on the tower and leading as a model during her elementary school years. Currently, she is active as a street dancer, participating in TV commercials and choreographing for celebrities. Additionally, she is engaged in international exchange, and has aspirations to teach dance at bilingual schools.

Kei

His father is a master calligrapher, and he himself holds the highest rank in calligraphy. After living in various countries abroad, he now resides in Tokyo. He is a truly international individual with a rich and nuanced perspective.
